Includes a dram from the Distillery on arrival £65 per person MENU: Isle of Tiree Single Grain Scotch or Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Locally Hand Dived Pan-Seared Scallop in Salted Butter with Sweet and Spicy Whisky reduction Candied Bacon & Black Pudding Potato Cake - McSween's Haggis Scotch Hen Egg with Tamarind Whisky Broon Sauce - Tender Argyll Beef Featherblade, Tiree Tattie Fondant, Caramelised Onion & Pan Jus Gravy. Served with Roasted Brunoise Swede & Heritage Carrots - Whisky & Chocolate Cremeux in Chocolate Tuille with Whisky Ice-Cream, Coffee & Caramel - Arran Smoked Garlic Cheddar Cheese with Brochan Crackers & Tiree Rhubarb and Apple Jelly
