Service Description
The Gin School session begins with a complimentary G&T and an initial brief on the botanicals available to use. Once the botanicals have been chosen and each recipe has been devised, a tour of the distillery explaining the distilling processes is next, while our distillery team charge each still with the chosen botanicals. After the tour, visitors are taken back to the Gin School where their very own gin is now being produced. While the gin is being distilled, visitors experience true island hospitality, with our team making sure that glasses are never empty throughout the session. The experience is completed with the bottling, naming & signing of each gin. This can be purchased for one person or a still can be shared by a couple or with a friend.
